Returns and Exchanges

We will gladly accept returns and exchanges for any reason, for most product, other than sale, clearance, custom and seasonal items. Please contact us within 3 days of item delivery to obtain a return slip authorization. Item must be shipped back in original condition, unused, and unopened within 7 days of delivery. Only damaged and/or defective items will have postage paid by Gory Dreadful Candle Co, Non-damaged and/or non-defective items will need postage paid by customer, and be deducted via refund balance.

Upon acceptance of the merchandise for return, we will process customer’s refund within 7 business days, at which time, customer will be notified via email. Please contact your credit/debit card issuer to confirm when your refund will be issued back to your credit/debit card.

Gory Dreadful Candle Co LLC, reserves the right to reject any returns/exchanges that do not comply with the conditions stated on this page. If your return package is not accepted, it will be sent back to you at your own expense and a refund will not be issued.

Items that appear used or abused upon inspection are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.

Refund Method

All refunds will only be issued back to customer’s original method of payment minus any shipping fees.

Item Exchange Method

Upon acceptance of merchandise for exchange, the replacement item will be shipped upon availability. (usually within 7-14 business days)

Order Cancellations

We can’t accept order cancellations in process, but please contact us if you have any problems with your pending order.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged:

Due to the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns for custom or personalized orders, seasonal items, clearance or sale items.

Customer Satisfaction Guarantee

We aim to please and want you to love our work, tell your friends, family and come back for more! If you are not satisfied with an item, please notify us immediately, and we will do our best to ensure your satisfaction with our quality and service.

Shipping

All items are wrapped carefully and shipped with USPS tracking within 3 business days of payment clearance. Please note that we ship Mon-Thur only to avoid candles melting or freezing in transit and postal storage. Please note that we can not control the speed of delivery once the package reaches the postal service, but will provide you with tracking information upon shipment.
